To show how much we appreciate the client you send us, we have set up a referral and rewards program for those clients who refer us another client. It could be your friend, a neighbor or an acquaintance within your trade or organization. The first part of this program is our survey. We like to know how you – the client felt we did when we were in your home or maybe your clients home or office. When you are satisfied, we hope you will take the time to fill out our survey to let us know how we did. Filling out our survey is just the first part of reward process. If you have someone to refer to us, and they become a new client, you will be rewarded with cash or gift certificate to show how much that referral means to us. Over 80% of our business comes from referrals, so we value this program.
